VELUX Custom FCM Fixed Curb Mount Skylights, perfect for replacing old curb mount skylights, the curb is the box and the skylight is a shoe box lid. Best for replacing outdated plastic bubble skylights. These are fixed, non-operable (venting) units. 

These skylights can be installed on flat roofs with a pitch ranging from 0° to 60° on a site-built curb. 

Features "NEAT GLASS" which is clean, quiet and safe low-E3 laminated glass with a neat glass coating that keeps your skylight cleaner, reduces unwanted outside noise. Consists of double paned argon gas filled low-E3 glass that provides excellent energy performance for year round comfort, plus the added safety of laminated glass, which building codes require for out-of-reach applications

Comes warranty with a 10-year hail warranty against glass breakage
